Wednesday Training
Wednesday training has a focus on building strength and speed at a variety of locations including Ballymena Showgrounds, Ecos Park, Sentry Hill and Portglenone Forest. This comprises a mix of trail, hill and speed work including interval training and track sessions.
Please check which group suits you best but as a broad rule of thumb the groups are:
Performance (suitable for sub 23 min 5k runners)
Development (suitable for sub 23 - 26 min 5k runners)
Foundation (suitable for 26+ min 5k runners)

Venue - All groups meet Portglenone Forest Car Park
Time - Meet 18.40 for 18.45 start
