James Hamilton and Jack McKenna secured 2nd and 3rd in the Mens race while Kerry Bamber, Brigid Quinn and Stephen Gage had age category wins. Well done and congratulations to everyone.

It was standing room only on Tuesday night as around 70 Cosy Sofa Graduates and the brilliant Ballymena Runners Cosy Sofa Team met to celebrate the group completing their first 5k run on Saturday morning.

The Ladies race was won by Natasha Henderson from North Belfast Harriers and the Mens by Zak Hanna from Newcastle Athletics club.
